| The Residential Design Standards establish the requirements for home design and construction. Before building or improving on a lot, an owner must submit their plans for a comprehensive design review process. This includes not only new construction but also landscaping, fencing, and any exterior improvements an owner would like to make. The Design Review Committee (DRC) performs the design review process. The committee is comprised of an HOA Board officer, a representative of the developer, homeowners, and a licensed architect. A Design Review fee, based on the square footage of the structure, must be submitted with the initial review request for a new structure. |
