The Meadows HOA

The Meadows is a community of low maintenance attached homes within the Powder Horn with their own HOA.  Homeowners within The Meadows are members of the Powder Horn HOA and subject to the Powder Horn HOA Covenants and policies.  However, they have their own policies relating to living within the Meadows, and pay an additional monthly fee which is used to pay for lawn care, snow removal, trash pickup, and exterior maintenance.
