HOA Fees

 

All Powder Horn lot and homeowners are obligated to pay HOA Fees.  

 

Lot fees are presently $90/ month if paid for the entire year in January or by monthly automatic checking withdrawal (ACH), or $99/ month if paid monthly by paper check.

 

In addition, homeowners pay a monthly sewer fee, presently $80, and a monthly trash fee of $35. 

 

Homeowner fees are $205 per month if paid by ACH or in full in January, or $214 per month if paid by check or bank draft.  

 

To schedule ACH payments, homeowners must contact the HOA accounting firm.  Contact information is below.

The Powder Horn HOA uses the accounting firm of Pilch and Reed, CPA's, to perform bookkeeping and administrative services.  Stacy Abernatha, CPA, performs the accounting for the HOA and is the contact for fee payment questions.
